Job Description:
· Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc;
· Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc;
· Escort customer/vendor for Data Halls visit;
· Escalate problem / incident to tier 2 engineers or shift manager.
· Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT equipment move-in or testing;
· Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list …etc;
· Temperature monitoring；
· Other works assigned by manager.
