Yan Chuan lab at IMCB A*STAR is seeking a highly motivated Research officer.
Yan Lab works on understanding first line therapy resistance in cancer using a combination of next-gen sequencing, in vitro, zebrafish and mice preclinical models.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Previous experiences in routine cell culture work involving human cancer cell lines e.g. passaging, lentiviral transfection, proliferation and apoptosis assays
- Previous experience in basic zebrafish work e.g. routine husbandry, genotyping, microinjection etc
- Bachelor degree in life sciences or related fields
- Team oriented and good communication skills
