Job responsibilities
· Manage full sets of Accounts and perform month-end account closing activities and ensure accurate reconciliation
· Monitor the cash at bank of each company
· Manage the inventory reconciliation and valuation
· Prepare Audit Schedules and bank reconciliations quarterly
· Prepare GST reconciliation
· Provide support for statutory audit and half yearly stock taking
· Manage Fixed Assets register and assets tagging
· Other ad-hoc/duties as assigned by superior
Job requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
· At least 2 - 4 years of related working experience preferably in retail and/or F&B industry.
· Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST rules and regulations
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Fast learner with strong sense of initiative, driven and a good team player
· Possess good interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Preferably able to commence immediately or with short notice.
· Those with more experiences will be considered for a Senior position.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 930am to 630pm
