Job Description:We are seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers/Educators to join our island-wide team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for young children.
Challenges:
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and document children’s progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and refine curriculum plans.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and licensing requirements.
What it Takes:
- LON certification by ECDA (HCIC, ACEY, L1, L2).
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in early childhood education or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about working with young children and committed to their holistic development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
