Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced executive manager to oversee and lead our engineering consultancy division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering combined with extensive managerial experience, specifically within the consultancy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering consultancy division.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Manage a team of engineers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the consultancy's client base.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Serve as a key liaison with clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
- Overseeing the computer system of a company involving planning, coordinating, and organizing computer-related activities within a firm. Develop and implement a company's information technology goals and objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation within the consultancy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive manager, preferably within an engineering consultancy setting.
- Strong background in civil/structural engineering management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Sound understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Proficient in MS Office and ABSS
- Computer and Software Management
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred but not required.
