In this role, you will be a critical team member and responsible for defining the user experience of our products. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with product managers, software engineers and other UX/UI designers in an internationally distributed team set up.
What will you do
- Work with development team, domain specialists and UX designers in an internationally distributed team setup to define and implement designs.
- Develop refine and translate user requirements into sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, interaction flows and pixel perfect designs.
- Perform user research and usability testing to refine user needs or requirements.
- Create simple and elegant solutions for complex tasks.
- Present concepts, designs, research feedback to senior stakeholders and team members.
- Assist other team members in product innovation.
What do we expect
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), other relevant disciplines or 2 years of equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in designing for mobile or other digital applications.
- Broad experience in user centered design process, especially with iterative design and delivery
- Working knowledge in UI principles, heuristics, patterns and technique.
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders and/or clients.
- Being committed to interdisciplinary collaboration and problem solving.
- Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Keen interest in emerging technologies.
- Fluent in English.
