Responsibilities:
- Establish, foster strong relationships and conduct consultations with high-net-worth clients
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process in all aspects for our clients
- Undertake and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
- Providing and coordinating immigration and solutions to high-net-worth individuals on migration, visa, and permit matters
- Perform pitch to potential prospects and convert them into clients
- Partake in tasks across various functions as necessary
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
- Candidate who is strong in general administration and coordination skills
- Relevant experience in corporate secretarial services or immigration services advisory is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Complete tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations; capable of managing a high number of tasks simultaneously, and setting priorities accordingly; ability to meet various deadlines
- Extroverted with a high degree of personal presence with excellent networking skills
- Maturity and professionalism to handle sensitive information
