JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates
· Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations
· Monitor project progress and performance, tracking milestones, deliverables, and expenditures
· Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals
· Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
· Address resource conflicts and optimize resource utilization across multiple projects
· Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control
· Conduct project closure activities, including final reports, documentation, and post-project evaluations
· Communicate project objectives, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders regularly, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
