Product Owner, Lifecycle Management (VP)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:


We are looking for Lifecyle Management Product Owner to join our multi-year Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation program, unlocking revenue opportunities & supporting our top-line growth ambition for Bank of Singapore.

The Lifecycle Management Product Owner will be responsible for building a centralized place for clients (or BOS employees to do on behalf of clients) to manage the entire client lifecycle such as client information updates, periodic or trigger reviews, offboarding, reporting etc in a seamless and efficient manner.


MAIN DUTIES:

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lifecycle Management Strategy: Identify all key lifecycle management activities & needs required by clients during the entire CLM journey. Design and build a centralized place for BOS employees or clients to be able to trigger/ complete/ view the lifecycle management activities in a seamless and efficient manner, meeting the needs of BOS employees and clients, and aligning with the overall vision and strategy of CLM Program,
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and users to gather and document lifecycle management requirements. Understand the needs of different departments, design and validate user journeys with CX and users, and translate them into actionable epics and stories.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap for the lifecycle management system. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact. Continuously review and update the roadmap to reflect changing business needs and market trends. Manage cross-squad/ product collaberation and dependencies with other overall CLM Program squads/ Products such as Onboarding, CRM and foundation CLM etc.
  • Agile Project Management: Use agile methodologies to manage the lifecycle management system development process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and functionalities.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to validate that the lifecycle management system meets the specified requirements. Collect feedback from end-users and stakeholders, and work with the development team to address any issues or bugs.
  • Training and Support: Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the lifecycle management system. Develop training materials, user guides, and FAQs to facilitate adoption and usage of the system.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in participating in complex, cross-functional technology-related projects in banking.
  • Proven experience in managing change for a CLM system in a Product Delivery, Product owner or similar role for a financial services organization.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle management concepts, foundational capabilities, and best practices.
  • Familiarity/ prior experience with agile development methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree holder. Possession of MBA degree or related qualification is advantageous.
