Recruitment Consultant

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment consultancy or agency recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in E-Commerce, Retail & Hospitality, and Events recruitment environment, catering to Temporary, Part-time, and Contract (TPC) roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards
  • Understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations related to recruitment and employment practices for TPC positions
  • CEI (Certificate in Employment Intermediaries) Certified

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders and candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience.
  • Identify unique recruitment needs by understanding stakeholders' business requirements.
  • Employ various sourcing methods to shortlist and select suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between stakeholders and candidates.
  • Provide professional guidance, manage expectations, and maintain strong post-recruitment relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
