Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with MOM Regulations regarding the hiring of foreign workers.
- Manage and process all work passes for workers and staff, including renewals.
- Assist in procuring materials and equipment to support construction project teams.
- Maintain and manage inventory of materials in storage.
- Oversee office stationery, office equipment, and other assets.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a construction or similar industry.
- Minimum SPM and above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred, with the ability to use it for data entry and basic analysis.
- Willingness and ability to work long hours during peak periods to support project timelines.
