-Have experience in keeping and manage dim sum stock
-Coordinate daily front and back of the restaurant operations
-Organize and supervise shifts
-Daily stock count and order stock
-Assist in food preparation & daily operations at kitchen
-Daily cashier role and assist customer in food ordering
-Cleaning kitchen equipment, table and floor
-Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work on weekends & public holidays
-Regularly review product quality and research new supplier
-Possess a willingness to work, learn and self-driven attitude
