Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in the design development as well as the fabrication & procurement requirements pertaining to the projects.
- Prepare documents for submission to venus / authorities.
- Onsite taking measurement /sizes/ site recce, ensure the measurement correctly and propose what type of the material supposed to use.
- During installation phase, assume as the site safety/installation supervisor and participated in the full-time site supervision of the workers to mentor, check and ensure that the works are completed to specifications and quality standards
- Hands on with production, hand in hand helping with in-house supervisor as well
- Able to work late especially during the pick period /seasoning /promotions period
- Ability to work independently and interact well with people of all levels.
- Able to work under extreme high stress environment
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Has at least 3 years of working experience in the large format and events industry.
- Class 3 driving license with good driving safety records.
- Having experience and knowledge of materials required.
- Have understanding of large format products and the process required for fabrication. Products such as Point-of-sales stands, wall murals, pillar wraps, exhibition booths, signage, etc.
- Strong communication skills.
