This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile and reputable industry leader. Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for a Senior Manager, Group Treasury and Investment.

The Role

Reporting to the VP Group Treasury and managing a team, you will be responsible for the cashflow and liquidity management, financial risks and investments of the group and business units as well as to oversee treasury operations. The core responsibilities include investing company’s surplus fund and mitigating financial market risks. This will involve engagement with senior management in formulating and refining investment strategies and executing approved investment plan. You will also keep up to date with financial risk products, identifying risk areas and recommend hedging strategies, execute approved risk management plans. Other key responsibilities include cash and loan portfolio management, managing credit facilities, reviewing capital structure and monitoring treasury performance of portfolio companies. Develop and maintain the treasury infrastructure of the Group and managed centralized treasury operations. Manage relationship with joint venture partners, banks, etc. Last but not least, to provide mentorship/coaching and build a high performing team.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance with minimum 10 years of relevant treasury and investment experience from large MNCs. It is essential to have a strong background in investment and risk management products, evaluating risks, formulating strategy, convincing management and executing strategy in investment and FX/interest rate hedging. We are looking for a critical thinker with strong leadership, problem solving capabilities as well as an effective communicator with executive presence.
