Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing department, including managing filing systems, handling emails, typing documents, and assisting with office tasks.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents throughout the sales process, including proposals, contracts, quotations, and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Handle finance-related tasks by initiating Purchase Requisitions (PR) and processing Purchase Orders (PO), collaborating closely with the finance team to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, maintaining effective communication channels to address any delivery issues or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of registration documents, such as import-export documentation, Food Classification, and Halal certification, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and insights that inform retention strategies.
- Perform data entry and analysis tasks to support marketing initiatives, including organizing and interpreting marketing data to inform decision-making processes.
- Maintain departmental documents and filing systems, ensuring that all records are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible for reference purposes.
- Review and edit various files, including contracts and marketing materials, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Review and update technical documents, guidelines, and workflow processes as needed to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct market analysis activities to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in target markets, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on marketing projects and initiatives as required, presenting findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing plans across various channels, including website management, social media marketing, and advertising campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase OEM health food products.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager to support departmental objectives and priorities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Dietetic/ Nutrition / any Science field.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, both written and verbal.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking, resourceful, honest, disciplined, committed, problem solving & proactive.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine interest in promoting healthy lifestyle choices through quality food products.
- Flexibility and adaptability and ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and meetings, including during weekends.
