Job Responsibilities:
- By working closely with the sales teams, drive the understanding of different customer needs and convert insights into on-trend solutions, new product concepts, and sales tools.
- Develop promotional programmes, organise events and exhibits, and manage marketing budget.
- Plan and manage Marketing and Public Relations budgets.
- Oversees the planning and conducting of market research.
- Manage Public Relations efforts and ensure all standard operating procedures are in place.
- Responsible for defining and executing social media strategy.
- Able to prepare and meet monthly reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Marketing with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the seafood industry.
- Must be able to consume raw seafood, Wagyu beef, and sake/wine as part of business needs.
- Language proficiency: English and Mandarin speaking as well as written preferably.
- Possess exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Familiarity with social media.
- Experience in brand management of consumer goods is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Possess own transport
