Account Assistant (XERO Accounting)
Salary $1500-$3000(WP/EP/PR) Location (Near Pasir Panjang MRT)
5 days week‼️10am-6pm(Mon-Fri)
♦️Responsibilities
1️⃣Prepare financial records (general ledger, AP, and AR, GST,tax, audit)
2️⃣Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
3️⃣Prepare monthly, quarterly management account (P&L and Balance Sheet) & Yearly Budget
4️⃣Staff Claim Processing: - Prepare staff claims with its supporting documents and check with the claim policies.
5️⃣Send email reminder chaser and Statement of Account to customers
6️⃣Manage payroll functions(Monthly Salary, CPF, submission, work permit application)
7️⃣Assist with administrative job scope as and when required, proficiency in excel, vlookup and pivot table etc
♦️Knowledge in XERO Accounting will be an added advantage
