In this role, you will:
- Coordinate regularly with stakeholders and colleagues to strategize, develop and deliver effective Healthcare AI communications to the cluster and public.
- Manage the AI communication rhythm of the department, including messaging, reporting, and measurement.
- Develop and deliver effective communications by being versatile in writing and creating multimedia contents (press release, media post, infographics, podcasts, multimedia content, etc.)
- Develop the AI in healthcare communications strategy to drive our AI narrative to our audiences.
- Grow and tap on a diverse network of media contacts (traditional, new, technical, scientific, healthcare and more) to increase visibility.
- Provide communications guidance and consultancy to internal stakeholders and colleagues.
- Manage reactive media enquiries and maintain a pulse on the ever evolving healthcare AI landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Perform secondary non-core duties to grow the organization (not limiting to internship supervision, administrative work, and more)
Education Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Strategic Communications, Graphic Design, Computer Science (User Experience), Engineering, or related field.
Required Experience and Skills:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Communications role for AI and Tech, preferably in the healthcare space.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous communications work and thought leadership in developing and driving communication strategies.
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly in AI or machine learning projects, would be critical.
- Experience in the healthcare domain would be preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in multimedia design and development tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent
- Possess a strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, enabling effective design and communications within an AI context.
