We are a newly opened Vietnam restaurant, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who is responsible for building the restaurant's brand, attracting and engaging customers, and driving sales through strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and hands-on execution, along with strong communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage marketing, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience and he will reports to the director directly work related.
Specific Responsibilities
Intern will be responsible for:
1. Setting business development and strategy for the restaurant
2. Extensive analysis covering all sales aspects of sales and preparing the marketing plan in line with the brand vision and objectives
3 Setting up overall business strategy-product development, communication strategy, budget, calendar, events calendar, digital media, social media and promotional activities with local media and media agencies
4. Manage and update of restaurant’s content on the website
5. Manage an events schedule to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
6. Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities.
7. Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads 8. Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Conduct market research to understand the target demographics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape and use insights to develop a comprehensive marketing plan.
2. Manage the restaurant’s website and facebook, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date with current promotions and menus and uploading engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
3. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and online reviews to maintain a positive reputation and develop special promotions to encourage repeat business.
4. Plan and execute promotional events, such as food tastings, and community engagement activities and collaborate with local businesses and organizations for joint marketing efforts.
5. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines and managing marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
