As a HR Software Specialist, you would need to manage and support our HR software applications. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR software, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
- Working hours : Monday- Friday 8.30am- 6pm
- Working location : One-North
- Salary Package : Up to SGD5000 (basic)
- Job type: 2 year contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for HR applications, including issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- Assist HR team members and end-users with system navigation and functionality.
- Maintain and update HR application configurations and settings.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and incidents reported by users or detected by system alerts.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end-users.
- Monitor application performance and ensure optimal system functionality.
- Document and track issues, resolutions, and system changes.
- Participate in HR application implementation projects and system enhancements.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven minimum 1 year experience in HR application support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Table, Vlook Up)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
