Job Scope:
- Prepare tenders and commercial bids to attract new business.
- Develop and present project proposals, meet with clients to understand their requirements, and produce plans with estimated budgets and timelines.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and ensure business contracts align with corporate goals, agreeing on budgets and timelines with clients.
- Coordinate closely with the project team to meet deadlines and adhere to budgets, manage unexpected costs, and monitor progress through site meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, site, and project managers, ensuring third parties understand their roles and responsibilities, and that projects meet technical standards.
- Lead and manage a team of QSs, resolve contractual issues, call for quotations, prepare cost budgets, manage contract variations, submit progress claims, finalize accounts, and conduct project postmortems.
