Responsibilities:
- Perform QS duties, including material take-off, variations, and monthly progress claims.
- Assist with cost estimates, prepare quotations and tenders, and source supplies and subcontractors.
- Manage project timelines, costs, and relationships with subcontractors and clients.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractors' progress payments, and review tender specifications and requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships, make timely decisions, and achieve results under tough circumstances.
- Collaborate with others, communicate effectively, and seek continuous self-development.
Requirements:
- Candidates with Quantity Surveyor from Electrical/Renovation/A&A works background are welcome to apply.
