• Develop engineering and design assistance for projects.
• Develop and implement innovative technical solutions to meet project needs.
• Enhance brand visibility in selected market segments.
• Strategize and execute plans to grow market share within the Applied Solution Industry.
• Collaborate with regional offices to establish and execute new engineering processes and systems.
• Support central objectives and align with country affiliates to achieve agreed goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and implement training programs.
• Foster growth and capability development in solutions businesses across regions.
• Guide and support teams through changes in tools, processes, and responsibilities.
• Define expectations and implement measurement strategies for new ways of working.
• Work closely with key engineers to ensure successful delivery of process and training activities.
• Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, employees, business partners, customers, and authorities.
• Develop and implement solutions to ensure resolution and project recovery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automation design or process engineering.
- Strong Interested in technical development and support.
- Experience in technical support will be an added advantage
