About Us:SCORITH PTE. LTD. is a wholesale trade startup specializing in toys. We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our growth.


Job Summary:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the wholesale trade industry, and a proven track record of success in business development roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients and suppliers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance business development efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable strategies
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
