International Product Growth Specialist (Philippines)

- Travel requirement: minimum once a quarter mostly to Philippines
The Opportunity
- Provide local insights and local knowledge about digital advertising - identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for the company's success in Philippines
- Explore, identify and execute on growth opportunities
- Ensure the apps is fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Philippines
- Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data
- Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps
- Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows
- Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
- Leverage usability studies, research and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
- Understand company's strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it
Your Background
- 5+ years in product management or product marketing in internet industry, digital advertising industry products or tech companies
- Extensive local knowledge of how people use the internet and what are their needs that can be addressed by the internet. Having knowledge in digital advertising and business needs for online advertising is a plus.
- Great story teller who is able to turn insights into actionable product ideas
- Fluency in Tagalog is essential as the role will be supporting Philippines customers and stakeholders
