Job Duties:
- Manage high quality, risk-focused assurance work which provides management with powerful insights and recommendations for improving the control environment in line with CHAGEE Group strategic objectives and SOX 404 requirements.
- Deliver high value advice by identifying issues, control deficiencies, commercial insights and productivity opportunities to internal clients and management, which enable pragmatic business change and align with the strategic direction of the business and company operation.
- Solid experience in Supply Chain risk management or internal audit projects, specializing in reviewing controls effectiveness and efficiency as of vendor management, pricing, branding, inventory management, contract management, quality, transportation, geopolitics and legal.
- Support and manage key controls, collaborate on Risk Control Matrix, and compliance related activities to ensure they arewell established, documented, and followed as per PCAOB and SOX 404 requirement. Assist in leadership team reporting on the SOX404 program compliance, remediation and status tracking.
- Collaborate with business process owners, product managers, software engineers, and system owners in the assessment of new process, systems, programs, and applications before they are made operational, and provide professional advice and assistance in the implementation of improvements or remediation plans.
- Assist in the maintenance and preparation of clear, detailed and accurate compliance documentation, including process narratives, flow charts, control descriptions, risk control matrices, test programs, test results, and management responses and remediation.
Job Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Business/Commerce, Law or relevant subjects.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in internal auditing, with a focus on supply chain audits.
- Experience from Top Tier accounting organization and enterprises.
- Strong business acumen with Independence, integrity and professionalism.
- Large complex multinational F&B / Franchising Retailing experience will be highly regarded.
- Mandarin & English communication capability as working / reporting language.
- DArticulate, confident, calm under pressure with good influencing and change management skills.
- Ability to travel among southeast Asia, Greater China, north American and European countries.
- OCIA / CPA / CISA qualifications and/or other relevant audit qualifications.
