Responsibilities:-
- Maintain good communication with customers for developing strong relationships.
- Presentation to manager on targets set of revenue during weekly business review.
- Responsible to provide RFQ & competitive quotes to customer for revenue growth.
- Responsible to improve Gross Margin and BOM cost.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operational & customer escalation issue with co-ordinates activities to meet customer requirements such as quality, cost ,delivery and responsiveness.
- Meeting customers directly to discuss material shortage issues, delivery schedule, forecast / demand analysis & all the open issues to meet on time delivery.
- Responsible to follow up Engineering Change Order & Engineering Change Notice & deviation.
- Managing PPV (premium cost of open market source) for customer approval.
- Responsible for inventory control until closure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant working experience in EMS/ Manufacturing environment, Program Management
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management or related discipline
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Experience in using SAP, BAAN and etc
- High self-motivation, self-driven with proactive and Can-Do attitude
