About the Communications & Partnership (C&P) Department:
The Department centralises the organisation’s fundraising efforts, coordinates, pitches, and secures private funding from corporate partners/ donors. C&P engages its key stakeholders such as the volunteers, donors and corporate partners to sustain the organisation’s programmes and services.
The incumbent will look at helping to co-lead, manage, and coordinate the scope of the corporate partnership to manage various stakeholders’ relations for resource mobilisation, raising funds, philanthropic resources, CSR partnerships, and/ or awareness and all forms of communications. As part of reporting and accountability, stewardship reports need to be generated to track fund utilisation.
Responsibilities:
- Daily housekeeping of the organisation’s Donor Mailbox.
- Be familiar with the protocols and fundamentals of the various types of donations and donor/ partner management.
- Manages and monitors the organisation’s donation platforms.
- Keeps track of donations in-kind, such as rations, and channelling resources across centres.
- Tracks and monitors donor/ partner status, and activities with the organisation.
- Pitch for funding for programme sustenance/ new programmes aligned with the organisation’s mission and vision.
- Plans and executes annual Givers’ Appreciation Lunch for top-tier partners/ donors.
- Develop eDMs to engage existing donors/ partners while cultivating new ones.
- Produces reports of the organisation’s tracking, engagement, and auditing purposes.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder preferably with some social service experience
- Has at least 3-4 years of experience in administration, project management, customer relations, and hospitality.
- Understand the importance of relationship building, management, and sustainability.
- Plans, manages and executes fundraising campaigns according to the evolving needs of our services.
- Develop and drive new and ongoing campaigns.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Manages existing corporate donors while cultivating new partners through strategic pitching efforts.
- Keeps check and maintains corporate donor/ partner databases and provides reports for accountability.
