Job Description & Requirements
• Reports directly to the Operations Manager.
• In-charge of auto-cad drawings
• Overall in-charge of enforcing all systems, oversight and execution of day-to-day production
activities.
• Cultivate a harmonious working relationship ensuring efficiency within the production team
• Enforce professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Takes charge to all leaves and work scheduling for production workers.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensuring manufactured products meet the high quality standard.
• Ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
