Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
· Oversee the development and maintenance of mobile apps (React Native, iOS, Android) and middleware solutions on AWS serverless architecture.
· Ensure adherence to agile project management methodologies and best practices.
· Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
· Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project completion.
· Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into development processes.
· Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
· Ensure system performance meets SLA requirements and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
· Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of applications and data.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
· Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· At least 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile and middleware applications.
· Proven experience leading and managing development teams.
· Strong expertise in React Native, iOS, and Android development.
· In-depth knowledge of middleware technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
· Proficiency with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
· Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics integration and customization.
· Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), MVC frameworks, and API consumption (GraphQL, REST, XML feeds, SOAP).
· Experience with Python and other scripting languages.
· Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both technical and functional.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
· Demonstrated use of CI/CD for app development and deployment.
· Familiarity with cloud-based middleware solutions and DevOps practices.
· Strong technical documentation skills.
· Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
· Commitment to staying current with new technologies and industry best practices.
