- Sprint planning by Brainstorming with developers and other technical teams
- Daily Scrum to check the progress of development & to remove impediments.
- Story testing and its acceptance during sprint review session with tester.
- Product ownership of Pharmacy, Inventory, Purchase, Biomedical Equipment, Ambulance Management and Doctors Workbench.
- Product demos to clients and User training during post live support.
- Played key role in preparing & designing E-Mail Blasts, Webinar, Marketing Video, Demo Video, Case Study, Lead Generation
- Product training to end users and UAT acceptance demos for the newly developed features and product as per the client specifications.
Requirements
• At least 10 years of experience as Functional/Business Analyst in IT and/or Healthcare Domain is preferred
• Degree in Information System, Engineering, Healthcare or equivalent is preferred
• Experienced in at least 2 implementation cycle of HIS.
• The person will likely come from a healthcare or technical background with preferred experience of delivering healthcare IT projects in an onsite – offshore model.
• The role demands a proactive, hands-on approach to delivery and working closely with our Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams.
• The candidate must be motivated by the challenge of building a culture of continuous improvement and celebrated success.
• Has documented user requirements, functional specifications and test cases
• Strong prior experience in healthcare domain
• Experience in product Demo
• Experience in working in Agile framework
