Immediate Hiring for Business Analyst

Job Description:
1. Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Scrum Master, and developers to refine and prioritize the product backlog
2. Translate business goals and user needs into clear and actionable development stories
3. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria
4. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
5. Craft user stories using frameworks such as Gherkin, ensuring clarity and completeness
6. Facilitate sprint planning meetings, sprint review, and retrospective sessions
7. Assist in maintaining the sprint backlog and tracking progress towards sprint goals
8. Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
9. Advocate for a great user experience and contribute to product design discussions
10. Possess sufficient technical fluency to understand design implications so as to effectively communicate with developers and empower them to deliver high-quality features
11. Hands-on experience with API mapping for integrations with third-party systems is preferred
12. Proactively identify risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies
13. Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of engagement with technical team, business units and even third-party partners
14. Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and Confluence; experience with Postman is a plus
15. Proven track record as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, with a minimum experience of 2 years
16. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices; certification in Agile methodologies, Business Analysis, or the equivalent will be an added advantage
17. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
18. Strong documentation skills for feature traceability
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English
20. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, unpack complex problem statements, and navigate competing stakeholder interests
21. Proactive and self-driven team player
22. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred
