Civil Engineer / Asst Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager in site planning, supervision, and management.
2. Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate assigned projects.
3. Monitor inventory and control costs of equipment and materials.
4. Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitor project progress with subcontractors.
5. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the project and manage daily operations with external stakeholders such as consultants, suppliers, architects, and local/environmental authorities.
6. Ensure quality control and assurance to achieve project objectives and timelines.
7. Implement safe work procedures to mitigate risks.
8. Ensure compliance with regulations and necessary permits.
9. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience in the related field.
3. Previous experience in construction management projects, preferably with main contractors.
4. Highly organized, self-motivated, dynamic, and goal-oriented candidate.
5. Ability to plan ahead, multitask, meet deadlines, and keep projects within budget.
6. Proficiency in MS Office is required; proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
