We are seeking a talented and experienced APAC Marketing Executive / Associate Manager to drive our marketing efforts across the diverse markets of Asia. Based in our office in Singapore, the APAC Marketing Executive / Associate Manager will be responsible for developing, undertaking and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns and projects to drive brand awareness, enlarge market share, and achieve revenue growth for our portfolio of pharmaceutical products and brands. Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate and collaborate with Singapore sales teams and our APAC agents to ensure fulfilling their marketing support needs.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the unique needs and regulatory requirements of each market within the APAC region.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, KAMs, and Market Access, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies and commercial tactics.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation, expansion into new therapeutic areas, market segments, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
5. Create, design and adaptation of promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to healthcare professionals and consumers.
6. Drive key opinion leader (KOL) engagement and advocacy programs to enhance brand credibility and influence prescribing behaviour in collaboration with our sales team and APAC agents.
7. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform ongoing marketing strategy refinement, adjustment and optimization.
8. Regularly report on the performance of marketing activities and return on investment achieved in light of statutory goals.
9. Manage marketing budget allocation and ensure efficient resource utilization to maximize return on investment.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing pharmaceutical marketing activities in the APAC region.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry associations, distributors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of marketing/ commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success in APAC markets preferred.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles, including product lifecycle management, market segmentation, digital marketing and promotional strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proficient Knowledge of key marketing tools such as content creation, CRM marketing automation tools, and other relevant platforms.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more additional languages spoken in the APAC region (e.g., Mandarin) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing pharmaceutical marketing in APAC countries.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
