Job Description:
1. Work with our vendors and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) for our corporate systems to monitor, analyse, and investigate security logs, events, alerts and indicators of compromise (IOCs). Assist with security alert notifications, investigations, incident response and compliance activities.
2. Keep up to date on evolving cyber landscape and threats, regulations and technology and provide technical recommendations on possible solutions we can adopt.
3. Support the team in end to end implementation of new cybersecurity solutions on our corporate endpoints, which includes but is not limited to preparation of technical requirements and contract document, management of vendors, participate in technical discussions, and deployment activities.
4. Support the team on contract management of existing solutions, including processing of payment and contract renewals/ extensions.
Who will make a good fit for this role?
1. Strong technical knowledge of various solutions for protecting end users (e.g. Microsoft security, phishing detection and response tools, XDR, SASE, identity management etc).
2. Relevant certifications from relevant cybersecurity vendors e.g. Microsoft, and professional certificates in CISSP or CISM and equivalent, ECIH, PMP or Agile will also be advantageous.
3. At least 2 years of hands on experience with relevant endpoint cybersecurity solutions, including deployment and daily operations.
4. Additional knowledge in Active Directory, MECM, Intune, Network and Firewall will be advantageous.
