Job Description:
- Collaborate with the front-end design team to finalize chip floorplan, clock architecture, and power plan.
- Lead physical design tasks from Netlist to GDSII, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability, and tapeout.
- Research physical design methodologies for advanced process nodes and develop an automated physical design platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital backend design.
- Hands-on project experience is essential.
- Tapeout experience in advanced technologies preferred (consideration for exceptional candidates with 3+ years of experience).
- Proficiency in TCL, Perl, or Python script development and familiarity with EDA tool design is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, self-confidence, and motivation.
- Bilingual proficiency with a strong teamwork ethic.
