Work location: Admiralty area (company transport provided from Woodlands & Admiralty MRTs)
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to telephone & email enquiries
- Arrange cargo shipments
- Prepare shipping documents eg. Packing list, Order, Commercial Invoices, Shipping Labels etc
- Assist in bill of lading (BL) if needed
- Ensure compliance with regulations, arrange cargo pickup/delivery, and maintain records
- Coordinate with internal and external parties & monitor shipment
- Process permit documentation if required
- Support in sales and operational activities
Requirements:
- At least 1 - 2 years’ relevant work experience in logistics, shipping or freight forwarding companies
- Meticulous and strong in administrative work
- Experience with SAP system will be an added advantage
- Has class 3 driving license for ad-hoc goods deliveries
