Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will advance business through network of developers, architects, and the interior design community. You'll work closely with the General Manager, Project Manager and Commercial Sales Manager to develop and execute solutions-based strategies to achieve growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and budgets by promoting luxury interior solutions and identifying new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers and A&D professionals.
- Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote the organization and its brands.
- Project Management: Utilize your product and technical knowledge of furniture and joinery systems to manage projects and address issues.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about market conditions and anticipate changes to strategically drive long-term success.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years in business development within luxury furniture, building materials, lighting & fixtures, luxury hospitality design, property management, luxury kitchens or appliances, construction, or interior design.
- Network: Strong existing relationships with major developers and the A&D community.
- Skills: Proven track record in sales, strategic thinking, project management, and a keen interest in architecture and design.
