- Support regional recruitment by handling job postings, interview arrangements, and extending job offers to candidates.
- Manage the application and renewal processes for work passes.
- Oversee the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
- Coordinate staff confirmation assessment exercises.
- Organize training sessions and maintain updated training records.
- Prepare employment offer contracts and manage training bond administration.
- Update monthly reports on resignations and new hires for the region.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR reports.
- Assist with the printing and administration of contracts.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Higher in related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent communication skills
