Food processing company requires a sales coordinator with positive working attitude, proactive and ability to attent to detail.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and document sales between online customer and kitchen production team.
Recording and reconciling orders between customer and actual delivery.
Coordinating the dispatch of sales to delivery agents.
Provide administrative support to central kitchen team.
Ensure and maintained a proper filing system.
Any other administrative duties assigned.
Inventory stock take.
Printing labels and packing orders.
Requirements:
computer skills, including Microsoft office software.
Able to work independently.
Able to work in a multi-task environment.
Be well organized.
Have good attention to detail.
Be a team player.
Past experience in admin/ logistics or working in food business is an advantage.
An interest in food and wellness a plus.
Other Information :
Working Schedule: 5 Days a week
