Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and assessing client’s hiring requirements and business needs
- Explore new and existing channels to look for suitable candidates and better client management
- Manage full spectrum of hiring process including negotiating pay/salary and general career advice
- Match requirements with candidate profile to determine that requirements are met
- Source and interview shortlisted candidates over the phone and screen them for role suitability
- Recommend and perform interview coordination between client and candidate
- Follow up closely with candidates and ensure smooth journey till onboarding
- Proper information updates for billing and assist on outstanding invoices follow up
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Healthcare or equivalent is preferred
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferable from the healthcare/ lifescience industry.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Resourcefulness, driven, and humble
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- NOT required to do sales pitches to clients
