Job Responsibilities
- Perform Level 2 Systems Administration in system monitoring, management, disaster recovery and capacity planning.
- Provides technical support to sales team and customer on Proof of Concept (PoC), project deployment, Post-Sales support & Internal simulation testing
- Study system & product technical details in order to provide technical advice or support to the company customers and sales team.
- Develops and maintains technical competence of company products, applications and services.
- Plan and manage IT resources for tasks or projects including budgeting and capacity planning.
- Update technical documentation pertaining to systems administration for on-premise system, Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure.
- Perform system maintenance, upgrade, patches and incident resolution outside of working hours when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in system support and server administration including implementing
- Good knowledge of surveillance cameras, computer, IT and Networking
- Hands-on experience on administrating Microsoft 365 cloud technologies such as Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Intune.
