- Responsible for support and development of all HR information systems (including but not limited to the following: SAP HR, BDS, LMS, CPS, ESS)
- Drives efficient and effective data management to find ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality
- Provide support to ensure smooth payroll administration
SAP HR System
- Provide first level support/advice/assistance in the use of SAP HR to line users
- Work closely with SAP HR team from IT Department to resolve system issues/problems
- Analyses and defines business requirements
- Coordinate between end users and IT when implementing new initiatives
- Introduce continuous improvements to help end users achieve better efficiency and productivity
- Ensure data integrity and harmonization in HRIS system
- Provide guidelines and best practices to the maintenance of data within SAP HR with the other integrated HRIS systems
- Lead or provide support on the enhancement/upgrading/interfacing of SAP HR with other HRIS systems
- Ensure that the batching of information from other interfacing systems are accurately ported over to SAP HR
- Review and assess the feasibility of new/enhanced reports
- Fine tune and submit user requests to IT Department
- Conduct user acceptance test
Other HR Information Systems
- Provide technical support/advice/assistance to users
- Troubleshoot, review and assess the feasibility of systems enhancements

Data Management and Management Reporting
- Support the creation and enforcement of policies for effective data management
- Formulate techniques for quality data management to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
- Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis
- Assist to establish rules and procedures for data sharing for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards
- Assist with management reporting and data extraction when needed

Job Specifications
- Min a University degree in Accountancy Relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling SAP Payroll project Implementation, rollout and other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM process and local statutory reporting and audit requirements
- Competent in supporting, enhancing and integration of HR Information Systems
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organisational abilities
- Understanding of process harmonization concepts
- Knowledge of solution techniques and methods
- Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Analytical, meticulous and accurate
