- Consistently assess and evaluate the effectiveness, quality, and consistency of delivered services and processes.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations effectively.
- Collaboration on Target Planning
- Assist in achieving the Management's goals for profitable sales growth.
- Implement sales strategies to meet planned sales targets based on supply and demand dynamics.
- Maintain communication with supply sources (plants, vendors/suppliers) and oversee delivery schedules
- Provide prompt support to customers when team members are unavailable.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and enhance the corporate image positively.
- Regularly communicate with customers to gather sales forecasts for monthly reporting purposes.
- Track supply from suppliers and plants and demand from customers to ensure balanced inventory management.
- Undertake additional tasks and assignments as delegated by the Manager.
- Participate in weekly FA meetings and other sales-related gatherings.
- Attend monthly meetings to review and discuss sales progress.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Higher in related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in related working experience.
- Excellent communication skills
