- Position Title: Process Engineer
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on new product introductions in alignment with project goals.
- Plan and implement production line setups according to requirements.
- Participate in IPD (Integrated Product Development) reviews, providing and implementing relevant suggestions.
- Develop and continuously optimize manufacturing processes for new products.
- Analyze and optimize process timing for existing products to achieve balanced production lines.
- Manage safety aspects related to process issues and events, create corrective and preventive measures to reduce future risks, and enhance safety and efficiency.
- Prepare, train, and optimize process control documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical guidance, management, supervision, and support for manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
- Continuously improve the quality of products on the production line.

- Diploma or higher in Manufacturing Process or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes and industrial engineering.
- Familiar with manufacturing/assembly processes, software loading, and integration testing.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo for drafting.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing process development, production line balancing, and production line introduction.
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work style, and excellent execution skills.
- Eager to learn, highly motivated, and possess strong teamwork, communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.
