Fine dinning Japanese Ramen Chain Restaurant is looking for Customer Relationship Manager:
Responsibilities
• Report to restaurant general manager and take charge of improving service quality and overall dinning experience from both coporate & restaurant level
• Interact with customers to understand their dinning expectation, collect feedback, minimize unhappiness and complaint
• Help out in general services including preparation of drinks, taking reservation, leading to respective table, table setting up, etc.
Requirements:
• 2 years relevant experience, outspoken and good PR skills
• High standards in personal hygiene and grooming
• Experience in various kitchen equipment especially for Japanese kitchen
• Understanding of basic food hygiene practices
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
• 44 hours & One off day per week
