We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operation Admin to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, scheduling and product ordering etc.
Candidate must be a **SINGAPROEAN OR PERMENENT RESIDANT ** and experienced (ideally 2 years of relevant work experiences) in:
- Issuing invoices from UBS / MYOB
- Remembering codes
Job Scope:
- Invoicing / DO / PO / Order processing
- Plan daily schedule for drivers
- Processing online sales orders
- Handles customer inquires (both online & offline)
- Inventory control and management. Ensure consistent Inventory levels for stock items
- Updating Inventory System upon receipt of goods
- Promoting products at roadshows on weekends (occasionally)
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operation
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Book-keeping knowledge
- Excellent communication in both spoken and writing English is a must.
- Good time management + Meticulous + Positive mindset + Fast learner + Self-motivated + Able to work under minimum supervision
- Be prepared to accept flexible CNY leaves arrangement.
- Include your knowledge of languages in resume.
- Efficient in MS Office, Social Media (FB & IG) and UBS invoicing software.

Mon – Fri 8am to 5:30pm
