- Provide excellent after-sales support and address service bookings, inquiries, and complaints.
- Discuss vehicle needs with customers, create detailed quotes, and keep them updated on their service status.
- Input service transactions, generate reports as needed, and manage payments and customer feedback.
- Build trust with customers, recommend suitable services, and follow up on job completion and feedback.
Requirements:
- Have at least a GCE ‘O’ Level or NITEC/Diploma in Automotive Technology, and experience in scheduling repairs and planning resources.
- Basic Knowledge of car components and repair estimates, solve problems effectively, and know the motor insurance claim process.
- Customer-focused, proactive, organized, detail-oriented. Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license.
