- Responsible for handling day to day incident and problem management for Retail Banking & Cards. This including Core Banking, ATM, Card Authentication, FAST and electronic banking channels
- Responsible for day to day production incident support and inquiry from business users, operational users and customers via contact center
- Able to handle incident and problem in 24-hour roster basis
- Capable to perform analysis on production incidents for demand deduction
- Good in handling problem and able to have resolution in timely manner
- Critical examination of requirements and understanding of operations and new application systems
- Create and modify procedures to solve problems considering technical capacity and limitations
- Coordinate with different teams, including Problem Resolution and Incident Management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
- Have strong coordination skills
- Working experience in OS/400 and RPG and COBOL programming
- Hands on experience in ALDON and technically proficient
- Experience in AS400/iSeries database and operation system for at least 5 years
- Having good knowledge in domain of Retail Banking & Cards; prior experience with Silverlake core retail banking application would be an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
