Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for project sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide customized project solutions.
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close project sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably from the construction sector.
- Prior knowledge of quantity surveying will be an added advantage.
